Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pikku N�k�r�inen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). N�k�r�inen comes to the cage accompanied by Juice Leskinen - Vaasankin veri vapisee. Danny Tatum has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
27 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Pikku N�k�r�inen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

27 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Danny Tatum!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
N�k�r�inen scoring well with a low kick there.
Pikku N�k�r�inen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tatum takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
N�k�r�inen gets the takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Tatum is not content to let N�k�r�inen control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
N�k�r�inen blocks the strikes from Tatum.
N�k�r�inen has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Tatum!

N�k�r�inen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tatum has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, N�k�r�inen has managed to get both his arms back between Tatum's legs - danger averted.

Tatum stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. N�k�r�inen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tatum on the wrong end of a nice hook.
N�k�r�inen throws a leg kick but Tatum sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Tatum moves out of range of the leg kick from N�k�r�inen.
Tatum takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Tatum misses with a takedown attempt - N�k�r�inen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tatum shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has N�k�r�inen pinned against the cage. N�k�r�inen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Tatum connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tatum. N�k�r�inen does a little dance to reset his feet.
N�k�r�inen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tatum swivels and escapes.

N�k�r�inen shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tatum defends it nicely.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pikku N�k�r�inen.
Well N�k�r�inen has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
