Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milo Retriever (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jericho Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Retriever's entrance music is Paranoid. A fine choice. Williams is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Infinite Mass - Bullet. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Milo Retriever! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jericho Williams! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams misses with a series of wild punches.
Retriever shoots in but no luck this time. Retriever takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Milo Retriever has been cut. Retriever tries to clinch but Williams moves out of range. Retriever has a takedown stuffed. Williams lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Retriever circles away quickly and effectively. Williams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Retriever misses with a takedown attempt - Williams sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milo Retriever. That's going to take a lot out of him. Retriever fails to land the takedown. Retriever throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Williams's waist but Williams gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Retriever off to one side. Williams forces Retriever back against the cage and clinches. Stalling in the clinch from Retriever.
Williams lands a right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Retriever pulls Williams into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Retriever bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Williams's guard. Retriever is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams keeping moving, preventing Retriever from controlling successfully. Retriever is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Williams is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Williams has escaped and now he's on top! Retriever looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Retriever looking for a sweep. Not yet Retriever, not yet. My spies in 25HR FITNESS- Elite + Vending inform me that Williams has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Williams gets to his feet - Retriever follows without any prompting. Retriever avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Williams throws a nice outside leg kick. Williams wants to clinch up but Retriever keeps it at a distance. Williams stuffs the takedown attempt from Retriever. Retriever gets slowly back to his feet. Williams moves into the clinch. Williams manages to break the clinch.
Williams bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Retriever's head backwards. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Williams connects with a body shot that sends Retriever's belly button to the back. Williams rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Retriever moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams clinches with his opponent.
Retriever tries to pull guard but Williams holds him up against the cage and eventually Retriever drops back down to his feet.
Williams tries to land knees in the clinch but Retriever avoids the damage to the body. A shot in the inside from Williams. Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jericho Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Williams moves into range and clinches up with Retriever. Williams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Williams lands a brutal head kick. Retriever looks out on his feet and Williams throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Jericho Williams! A relieved looking Jericho Williams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
