Skrylvia tries to clinch up
and Zedong counters by clinching up.
Zedong prevents a body shot from Skrylvia.
Skrylvia wants the takedown. Zedong is fighting it off but Skrylvia persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Zedong's guard against the cage.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Zedong is controlling Skrylvia's posture.
Zedong utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zedong is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Skrylvia frees his head nicely. Oh but Zedong has switched to an armbar! Skrylvia is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
