Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gullion gets the takedown into side control.
Mikel sneaks back into half guard.
Mikel gets back to full guard.
Mikel controls Gullion momentarily but Gullion frees himself.
Mikel looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gullion is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Gullion is fighting to break Mikel's control of his arms but Mikel is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Mikel is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gullion is aware though and is defending well.
Mikel keeping moving, preventing Gullion from controlling successfully.

Mikel is looking for a triangle but Gullion pushes his legs off easily.
Mikel wants to sweep but no luck.
Gullion wants to control from the top but Mikel keeps moving.
Gullion engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Olliver Gullion just wasn't active enough.
Gullion feints and as Mikel raises his hands in defense, Gullion changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Mikel tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mikel is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Gullion rolls with it to try and escape but Mikel cranks on the arm and Gullion is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

In his post fight interview, Pete Mikel started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
