Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rick Mcintosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Hardin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Hardin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rick Mcintosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Hardin! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Hardin with that takedown attempt. Mcintosh pushes Hardin up against the cage in a clinch. Mcintosh landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Mcintosh ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mcintosh no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Mcintosh doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Mcintosh wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Mcintosh looking for a guillotine here but Hardin defends easily.
Mcintosh seems keen to control Hardin's posture. Hardin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mcintosh's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcintosh trying to keep a closed guard but Hardin is proving a slippery customer.
Mcintosh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Mcintosh looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hardin passes into half guard.
Hardin moves nicely into side control. Mcintosh can't do much from the bottom here. Mcintosh is looking to regain half guard here but Hardin keeps moving and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh prevents Hardin from improving position. Mcintosh is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hardin off and has taken his back! Mcintosh is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hardin defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Mcintosh missing with strikes from the back. Mcintosh lands an elbow to the side of the head. Hardin can't escape the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Hardin trying to control the position but Mcintosh manages to sink in the hooks. Mcintosh is riding his opponent, not letting Hardin buck him off. Mcintosh is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hardin defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Mcintosh looking to break Hardin's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hardin remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Mcintosh will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Mcintosh controls the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hardin staying busy and making it hard for Mcintosh to control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hardin fails with the takedown and Mcintosh counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Hardin looking for submissions off his back. Mcintosh performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Mcintosh gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Mcintosh misses with a combination
and Hardin counters with a head kick. That will keep Mcintosh thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Mcintosh closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hardin to the mat! Hardin manages to get full guard. Mcintosh has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hardin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcintosh drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Hardin dives on top into guard. Mcintosh looking to control.
Mcintosh is looking to stand up but Hardin isn't so interested in that idea. Mcintosh has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Hardin off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Mcintosh moves into the clinch successfully.
Mcintosh turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mcintosh manages to end up in side control. Mcintosh content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh decides to stand back up. Hardin is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mcintosh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mcintosh misses with a jab, cross combination.
A low kick from Hardin is predictable there and Mcintosh counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hardin's guard now. Mcintosh wants to pass the guard but Hardin is keeping the position. Hardin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Mcintosh manages to get himself to full guard.
Hardin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Mcintosh throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Mcintosh's guard. Hardin gets to his feet - Mcintosh follows without any prompting. Hardin takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nice sprawl there from Mcintosh as Hardin shoots in. Rick Mcintosh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Hardin. Hardin is looking to clinch but Mcintosh is avoiding it.
Mcintosh circles away from the clinch attempt and Mcintosh holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Mcintosh breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mcintosh fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hardin sprawls well initially but Mcintosh persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Mcintosh wants to work for an arm triangle but Hardin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Mcintosh thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hardin's head. Hardin is refusing to be controlled, as Mcintosh sits in half guard. Hardin is trying to get back to full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hardin trying to control here.

Rick Mcintosh dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Hardin tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Mcintosh counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Hardin wants to clinch. Mcintosh misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hardin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mcintosh defends well and Hardin ends up having to push Mcintosh into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Mcintosh's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Mcintosh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hardin wants to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcintosh throws a combination that misses and Hardin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hardin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mcintosh's waist but Mcintosh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hardin off to one side. Mcintosh moves into the clinch. Hardin decides to pull guard. Hardin trying to keep a closed guard but Mcintosh is proving a slippery customer.

We're going to have a standup here because Rick Mcintosh wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Hardin blocks a head kick by Mcintosh.
Hardin is looking to score with low kicks. Mcintosh shoots in looking for a takedown but Hardin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mcintosh's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Mcintosh doesn't manage to clinch there - Hardin circles away.
Hardin leaves Mcintosh with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Mcintosh tries to clinch there but Hardin circles away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mcintosh trying to control but Hardin is working from the bottom. Hardin is trying to keep Mcintosh in close.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcintosh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hardin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Mike Hardin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Hardin darts in looking for a takedown but Mcintosh gets double underhooks and turns Hardin into the cage. Rick Mcintosh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Hardin. Mcintosh content to slow the pace in the clinch.
