Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kelvin Guillet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Master Cabidela Rahay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kelvin Guillet! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Master Cabidela Rahay! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guillet slips a straight right by Rahay. Guillet dives in for a single leg takedown but Rahay sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Rahay tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Guillet smiles and moves away.
Rahay scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Rahay is figuring out what he wants to do next. Rahay passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Guillet! Rahay controlling the pace for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rahay trying to control but he's not successful this time. Rahay takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Guillet is trying to escape the mount.
Rahay controlling his opponent. We've been hearing good reports from Guillet's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Master Cabidela Rahay hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. A jab from Rahay finds it's way through Guillet's defenses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guillet misses with a jab, cross combination.
Rahay fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Guillet avoids it really well and circles away. Rahay misses with a hook. Guillet ducked under it nicely. Guillet swats away the attempt to clinch by Rahay. Guillet with a lazy takedown attempt and Rahay counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Guillet! This has been an exciting period of action! You can see the frustration on Guillet's face as Rahay controls the position. Rahay wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guillet keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rahay controls the position. Rahay tries to advance to mount but Guillet denies him. Rahay in side control, throwing shots but Guillet defends. Rahay taking a breather here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rahay tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Rahay taking a breather here. Rahay tries to move to mount but Guillet blocks the move with his legs. Rahay controls the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Master Cabidela Rahay dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Guillet looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rahay is fending him off so far but Guillet persists. Nope, Rahay circles away and we're back to standing. Guillet with a lazy takedown attempt and Rahay counters with a lovely straight right hand! Kelvin Guillet is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Guillet doesn't succeed with the takedown letting Rahay counter with a right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kelvin Guillet. That's going to take a lot out of him. Guillet gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rahay counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Guillet closes the distance and clinches up with Rahay, looking for a takedown. Guillet pushes Rahay against the cage but Rahay circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rahay misses with a takedown attempt - Guillet sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Rahay misses the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rahay tries to clinch there but Guillet circles away.
Rahay rushes Guillet and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Guillet holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Rahay has Guillet pressed against the cage, preventing Guillet from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Rahay is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Rahay can't break the clinch.
Guillet has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Rahay regains guard immediately. Guillet wants to control from the top but Rahay keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rahay wants to stand and escape but Guillet is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guillet looking to sit in guard and control but Rahay gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Rahay controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Rahay's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Master Cabidela Rahay. Rahay dives in and scores a takedown into Guillet's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rahay makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Rahay stops Guillet from standing up. Rahay is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Guillet keeping full guard, as Rahay tries to pass. Rahay sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Guillet's guard. Rahay wants to free his trapped foot but Guillet is holding on for dear life with his legs. Rahay looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rahay passes to full mount! Rahay controlling the pace for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Master Cabidela Rahay showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Rahay scores with a punch to the head. Guillet closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rahay circles away. Rahay misses with an uppercut. Guillet saw that one coming. Kelvin Guillet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rahay stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rahay wants it to stay on the feet. A swing and a miss from Rahay. Guillet tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rahay sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Guillet somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kelvin Guillet. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nice takedown defense from Rahay. No joy for Guillet on that attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guillet gets caught flat footed, as Rahay shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Rahay controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Master Cabidela Rahay. Guillet throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rahay's waist but Rahay gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guillet off to one side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guillet shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Guillet was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Guillet prevents Rahay from escaping the position. Guillet is looking to take a break and control but Rahay is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rahay manages to work his way to half guard, despite Guillet's best efforts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rahay moves into full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Guillet trying to control but Rahay is working from the bottom. Rahay is looking to stand up but Guillet isn't so interested in that idea. Rahay kicks Guillet off and gets to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rahay throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And that's the end of the fight! Master Cabidela Rahay comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Rahay has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
