The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ninja shoots in looking for a takedown but Cadarn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ninja's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Cadarn throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Cadarn fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ninja has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Cadarn slips under a jab from Ninja.
A head kick misses from Cadarn.
Ninja throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cadarn lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Ninja tries to land a leg kick but Cadarn saw it coming and moves away.
Cadarn throws a head kick but Ninja moves out of range.
Cadarn blocks a head kick by Ninja.
Ninja throws a half hearted mid kick.
Cadarn lands a nice hook to Ninja's body. Ninja takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ninja takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Ninja is rocked!
Cadarn feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ninja's calf.
Ninja is still on wobbly legs! Can Cadarn finish him?
Cadarn feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Ninja collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Derfel Cadarn!
After winning the bout, Derfel Cadarn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
