Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Franco Colombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roand Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franco Colombo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Roand Po's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roand Po!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Po swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Colombo takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Po drives through with a takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Po is stalling in the full guard.
It looks like Po might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Po is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Roand Po was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Po connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Colombo momentarily.
Good exchange - Po coming out on top.
Colombo throws a head kick that misses
and Po counters with an inside leg kick.
Colombo tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Po to counter with a crisp jab.
Colombo fails with an attempt to clinch.
A big right from Colombo misses.
Colombo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Po finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Franco Colombo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Colombo moves to clinch but Po breaks away
and Po cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Po throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Colombo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Po is in Colombo's guard.
Po forces his way into half guard.

Po in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Colombo tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Po!
