Stresemann comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Takashi Sorimachi - Poison kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Onizuka Stresemann acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Sakuraba is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Sakuraba fails with the takedown
enabling Stresemann to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Kazushi Sakuraba has been cut.
Sakuraba shoots and misses
and Sakuraba is countered with a crisp right hand from Stresemann that sends him to the canvas! Stresemann follows him to the mat into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Stresemann cracks Sakuraba with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Stresemann immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Sakuraba is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Stresemann!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Onizuka Stresemann!
Onizuka Stresemann decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
