Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobbie Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike McMahon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bobbie Dennis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike McMahon! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dennis throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dennis tries to clinch there but McMahon circles away.
McMahon pushes Dennis up against the cage in a clinch. McMahon is defending well against a takedown attempt. Dennis manages to break the clinch.
Dennis misses with a takedown attempt and McMahon counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Bobbie Dennis has been cut. McMahon misses with a few strikes there.
McMahon tries to bum rush Dennis with a series of wild strikes but Dennis uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McMahon throws a sloppy head kick and Dennis moves out of range easily. McMahon tries for a takedown but Dennis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. McMahon lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dennis circles away quickly and effectively. Dennis tries to score a power double leg takedown but McMahon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dennis somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bobbie Dennis. That's going to take a lot out of him. McMahon throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dennis counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. McMahon wants to slow Dennis down by chopping away at his legs. McMahon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dennis swats him away and circles back towards the center. McMahon lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dennis backs up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck with that takedown attempt from McMahon. McMahon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McMahon looks winded! Horrible takedown by Dennis or perhaps it was just good defense by McMahon which made him look bad. Mike McMahon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sloppy strikes from McMahon. Those never looked like landing. McMahon throws a right hand that Dennis ducks under and follows up with a left that Dennis also avoids with ease. Dennis fails with a takedown attempt. McMahon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. McMahon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Dennis is trying hard to land a takedown here. McMahon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Dennis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dennis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McMahon as he avoids it easily. Dennis is looking to clinch. A combination from McMahon does no damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Dennis or perhaps it was just good defense by McMahon which made him look bad. McMahon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dennis paws at him with a jab and circles away. McMahon has closed the distance and engaged Dennis in a clinch.
Dennis is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Dennis tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and McMahon avoids it. McMahon can't break the clinch.
McMahon gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Dennis.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dennis drops down looking for an ankle pick but McMahon pulls his leg out and moves away.
McMahon moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. McMahon lands with a hook. Dennis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. McMahon throws a right hand that Dennis ducks under and follows up with a left that Dennis also avoids with ease. McMahon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dennis doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McMahon scores with a jab. Dennis acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Dennis needs to keep his hands up - McMahon had a free shot at his head there.
Dennis is rocked! McMahon connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Dennis covering up! McMahon comes in with a big uppercut and Dennis goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Mike McMahon!
