The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortega tries to bum rush Walters with a series of wild strikes but Walters uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ortega throws a shot from downtown. Walters moves away and avoids it.
Ortega looks to land a left hand but Walters moved out of range nicely.
Ortega fails with the takedown.
