Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brett Barr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tenato Odnil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tenato Odnil told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tenato Odnil! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Odnil connects with a looping right hand.
Barr jabbing away but nothing is landing. Barr looks to clinch and Odnil counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Barr striking off his back but it's not causing Odnil any problems. Barr seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Odnil has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Barr is proving hard to escape from. Barr on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Barr tries to get out of the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Odnil wants to stand and escape but instead Barr has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Barr landing with the ground and pound. Barr prevents Odnil from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barr looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Barr passes easily into side control. Nice work. Barr wants to stand but Odnil is controlling his arm. Odnil is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Barr is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Odnil is trying to escape and Barr transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Odnil is forced to tap! Nice work there by Barr! Very nice indeed!
