With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tomiyuki Sekine!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Balboa has managed to clinch.
Balboa is looking to break free of the clinch but Sekine has double underhooks.

Sekine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Balboa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sekine on the side of the head.
Balboa throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Balboa has taken the fight to the clinch.
Balboa scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Sekine is trying to maintain a safe position but Balboa gets an underhook and turns Sekine into the cage.
Sekine has Balboa pressed against the cage, preventing Balboa from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Sekine escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Balboa moves into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Balboa lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Still in the clinch, Balboa scores with a nice short uppercut.

A short body shot lands from Balboa as the two fighters clinch.
Sekine has a couple of punches blocked by Balboa.
Balboa is trying to break the clinch but Sekine is controlling him.

A frustrated look appears on Balboa's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Sekine looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sekine jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Balboa walks away with a smile on his face. Sekine gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Balboa drops Sekine with a big left hand! Sekine is injured, injured bad! Balboa jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocko Balboa!
