Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cron Spliffton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Exlax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cron Spliffton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Richard Exlax! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Exlax with a poor takedown and Spliffton counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Exlax on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Exlax shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Spliffton as he avoids it easily. We've been informed that Exlax has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Exlax has his takedown stuffed and Spliffton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Richard Exlax has been cut. Cron Spliffton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Richard Exlax. Exlax gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Spliffton counters with a straight punch to the midsection. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Spliffton circles away from the clinch attempt and Spliffton counters with an inside leg kick. Exlax looks winded! Exlax looks to clinch and Spliffton counters with a low kick, right behind Exlax 's knee. Spliffton lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Exlax shoots and misses and Spliffton counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spliffton lands a slapping body shot.
Spliffton lands with a nice body kick. A good leg kick by Spliffton. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Spliffton throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Oooooh!!! Spliffton has knocked Exlax down with a huge combo! Spliffton steps away and waves a wobbly Exlax back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Exlax is rocked! Exlax takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Exlax is trying desperately to land a takedown but Spliffton is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Exlax. Spliffton throws a head kick that misses. Spliffton connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Exlax tumbling to the canvas! Spliffton pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Exlax was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Cron Spliffton! Cron Spliffton decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
