Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Pawel Konopacki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Luke Fluke! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fluke connects with an inside leg kick. Fluke throws a leg kick and Konopacki counters with a stiff right hand. Fluke staying out of range there. We've been hearing reports that Konopacki has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Konopacki throws a poor cross that misses
and Fluke counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Konopacki! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Fluke working the ground and pound. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Konopacki dodges the ground and pound from Fluke. Fluke misses with the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fluke thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Fluke misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Konopacki is looking to reverse the position. Fluke scores with punches from side control. Konopacki is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Konopacki is working hard here to advance position. Konopacki is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Fluke's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fluke not landing any meaningful shots this time. Fluke wants to pass to mount but Konopacki is defending the position. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Fluke lands a nice short elbow. Konopacki wants to improve his position but Fluke is controlling well.
Fluke drops an elbow to the side of Konopacki's head. Fluke winds up and cracks Konopacki with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Fluke has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Konopacki gets full guard. Konopacki manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Fluke slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Konopacki wants to control but Fluke is keeping him busy. Fluke looking for submissions off his back. Konopacki passes to full mount! Fluke is desperately trying to improve his position but Konopacki has a good base and remains in mount. Konopacki lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Konopacki prevents Fluke from getting the reversal. Konopacki avoids the attempt from Fluke to control. Konopacki looking to finish Fluke with some ground and pound. This is bad for Fluke! Fluke is working to get back to half guard.
Konopacki cracks Fluke with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Konopacki postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Fluke looks a forlorn figure.

Konopacki is landing with some decent strikes but Fluke is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. A nice elbow there by Konopacki. Fluke keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fluke bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Fluke postures up.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fluke trying to control but Konopacki is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Konopacki controls Fluke momentarily but Fluke frees himself. Konopacki pushes Fluke off and gets back to his feet.
Fluke has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fluke there as he acknowledges the shot. Konopacki throws a right and a left that Fluke avoids nicely. Konopacki jabbing away but nothing is landing. Konopacki blocks a head kick by Fluke.
A nice inside leg kick there by Konopacki. That's going to slow Fluke down. The fight moves into the clinch position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Konopacki goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Konopacki goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fluke prevents it.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Konopacki as Fluke tries to tie him up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Luke Fluke will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Fluke staying out of range there. No luck for Konopacki with that takedown attempt. Konopacki misses with a left hand and Fluke counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Konopacki is looking for a sweep. Fluke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Fluke wants to lay and pray for a moment but Konopacki keeps working. Konopacki slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Fluke is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Konopacki looking for a sweep. Not yet Konopacki, not yet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fluke lands a couple of decent looking shots. Konopacki wants to sweep here but Fluke controlling him for the moment. Konopacki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fluke's guard.

Luke Fluke has got the better of the ground game so far. Fluke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Konopacki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fluke is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Konopacki is aware though and is defending well. Konopacki trying to control the position from guard on top but Fluke is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Konopacki stopping the sweep attempt from Fluke. Fluke is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fluke lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Konopacki! Konopacki wants to control but Fluke is having none of it.

Konopacki is rocked! Fluke connects with a couple of big shots that have Konopacki covering up! Oh, this looks bad for Konopacki! Fluke fires away with several more unanswered shots and the referee has no choice but to step in! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
