Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mini Ask (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Mini Ask has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mini Ask! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Scott! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ask scores with a decent looking hook. Ask tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Scott closes the distance looking to clinch and Ask counters with a one-two to the body. Mini Ask seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Scott has a takedown stuffed. Ask scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Ask tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ask stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ask wants it to stay on the feet. Ask wants to clinch but Scott slips to the side and Scott counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ask has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Scott stalls. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Scott has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ask avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Mini Ask has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Scott. Scott tries to score a body lock takedown but Ask shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scott using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Ask has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Ask tries to break the clinch but Scott is controlling the position. Ask stalling in the clinch but Scott improves position. Scott is trying to drag Ask to the mat but Ask just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Scott manages to break the clinch.
Ask fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Scott, pushing him back against the cage. Scott jumps guard but Ask turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Come on Scott - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Scott fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Scott has Ask pushed against the cage. Scott receives a warning from the referee for stalling. Scott is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Ask is defending well. Ask pushes off an throws an elbow but Scott leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Scott manages to break the clinch.
Ask fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Scott on the side of the head. Ask tries to clinch there but Scott circles away.
Ask fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Ask thuds his right hand into Scott's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Scott is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ask fails with an attempt to clinch.
Scott moves into the clinch successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ask is pressed up against the cage. Scott has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ask down to the mat. Ask avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Scott dodges the punch combination from Ask.
Ask scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Scott fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Scott shoots for a takedown but Ask saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Ask shoots for a double leg takedown but Scott sprawls well. He's pushed Ask's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Scott swats away the attempt to clinch by Ask. Ask throws a series of punches but Scott moves out of range. Ask shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Scott eats them both and turns towards Ask to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Scott is rocked! We've been informed that Scott has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Ask misses with a series of wild punches.
Ask throws a head kick that Scott semi-blocks.
Scott is still on wobbly legs! Can Ask finish him? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Scott misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ask throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Scott's waist but Scott gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ask off to one side.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ask doesn't manage to clinch there - Scott circles away.
Ask pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Scott back to the cage. Ask follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Ask lands a head shot. Ask tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Scott swivels and escapes. Ask is looking to clinch but Scott is avoiding it.
Scott circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ask lands a hook that stumbles Scott back into the cage. Ask follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Scott to the canvas! Ask pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Scott has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Mini Ask!
