The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagasaki fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bowens avoids it really well and circles away.
Bowens circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bowens misses with a two punch combination.
Bowens will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nagasaki misses with a hook. Bowens ducked under it nicely.
Nagasaki gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bowens.
Bowens misses with a series of wild punches.
Nagasaki doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bowens counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bowens fails to land with a series of punches.
Nagasaki misses with an uppercut. Bowens saw that one coming.
Bowens keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nagasaki.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bowens. Nagasaki does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bowens lands a glancing blow to the side of Nagasaki's head.
Bowens ducks under a wild hook from Nagasaki.
Nagasaki misses with a hook
enabling Bowens to counter with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nagasaki bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Nagasaki fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Bowens square on the jaw! Damn, Bowens is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
