The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sinclair looking to score a takedown here. Hooper is defending well but Sinclair drives through and ends up in Hooper's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sinclair can do anything to dispel that myth.

Sinclair moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Hooper not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Hooper stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sinclair swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Sinclair lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hooper!
