The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saldivar Iii lands with an overhand left.
Leo Saldivar Iii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Saldivar Iii cracks a nice hook into Plankton's ribs.

Plankton on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Plankton closes the distance and clinches up with Saldivar Iii, looking for a takedown. Plankton pushes Saldivar Iii against the cage but Saldivar Iii circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Saldivar Iii connects with a body shot that sends Plankton's belly button to the back.
