Emelianenko comes to the cage accompanied by Joe Esposito- You're the best around. Laston has chosen Next Episode- Snoop Dogg as his entrance music. Laston has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Emelianenko to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Laston is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Emelianenko pulls down on the head and he's put Laston to sleep! This one is all over!

Fedor Emelianenko decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
Jake Laston spoke after the fight, saying 'You know, people lose, but I am coming back after this loss.'.
