Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Riku Kurikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Donald Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nathan Donald Diaz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurikka looks to score with a jab to the body but Donald Diaz is just out of range.
Kurikka scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Donald Diaz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kurikka.
Kurikka fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Donald Diaz on the side of the head.
Donald Diaz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A slow jab from Donald Diaz misses its intended target.
Kurikka lands with a right hand.
Donald Diaz throws a hook but Kurikka blocks it.
Donald Diaz lands with a straight right. Kurikka didn't see that one coming.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Donald Diaz gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Kurikka gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Donald Diaz is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
