Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denis Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orgrim Doomhammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Denis Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Orgrim Doomhammer! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doomhammer shoots in looking for a takedown. Burns tries to sprawl out of it but Doomhammer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Burns manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Doomhammer throws a jab but it's blocked by Burns. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Burns lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Doomhammer has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Doomhammer and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Doomhammer looks to clinch and Burns counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Doomhammer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Burns tries to avoid it but Doomhammer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Burns to the ground. Burns escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Doomhammer looks winded! Burns misses with an attempted mid kick.
Doomhammer closes the distance but Burns moves to the side and Burns counters with a series of strikes. Doomhammer will be more careful next time no doubt. Burns darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Burns controlling the action here. Burns seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Doomhammer for as long as he can get away with.

Denis Burns has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Burns scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Doomhammer looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Burns controls the position. Burns has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Burns knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Doomhammer on the ground. Burns lands a decent elbow from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Burns tries to stand but Doomhammer is controlling his head. Burns looks up at the clock and then as Doomhammer takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Burns smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Burns takes a little break here. Doomhammer wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Burns tries to move to mount but Doomhammer blocks the move with his legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Doomhammer on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Burns thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Burns controls the position. Burns scoring with punches from side control. Burns wants to control but Doomhammer is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burns taking a breather here. Burns wants to stand but Doomhammer has his arm trapped. Doomhammer manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Doomhammer keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Burns perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Denis Burns dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Burns throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Doomhammer tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Burns is in Doomhammer's guard. Doomhammer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Doomhammer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burns doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Burns manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Burns wants to get up but he can't break Doomhammer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Burns controls from within his opponent's guard. Burns stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Doomhammer swivels though and keeps the full guard. Burns slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Doomhammer is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Doomhammer trying to keep a closed guard but Burns is proving a slippery customer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Denis Burns. Burns looking to score a takedown here. Doomhammer is defending well but Burns drives through and ends up in Doomhammer's guard. Burns would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Burns is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Doomhammer looking to control.

We're going to have a standup here because Denis Burns wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Burns looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Doomhammer! Denis Burns overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Burns tries to advance to mount but can't. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Doomhammer is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Burns asserts his dominance and retains side control. Doomhammer stops Burns from passing to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Doomhammer is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Doomhammer is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Burns tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Burns has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Doomhammer trying to remain calm as Burns controls from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burns cracks Doomhammer with an elbow. That is naaassty. Doomhammer wants to control but Burns postures up. Doomhammer might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Burns haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Burns decides to take the fight back to the feet. Burns throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Doomhammer gets caught napping as Burns dives in and scores a takedown. Doomhammer manages to retain guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Doomhammer is looking to sweep but instead, Burns has passed into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Denis Burns dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Burns closes the distance and pushes Doomhammer back into the cage. Burns is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Doomhammer can do to turn this around? Burns's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Doomhammer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Burns pinned against the cage. Burns gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Doomhammer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Burns counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Burns lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Burns working the head and body with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Burns sitting and controlling from the half guard. Doomhammer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Doomhammer wants to get back to full guard. Burns has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Burns working for a guillotine from mount but Doomhammer is in no mood to give up. Doomhammer is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Burns working Doomhammer over with strikes here. Burns dominating with strikes here. Burns landing punches. Burns controlling the position easily from mount.

Burns looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Burns controlling from the full mount. Doomhammer tries to reverse the position but Burns maintains control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Burns content just to control the position here. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Burns raining down hammerfists from mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Denis Burns showed his dominance in that final round. Well Burns has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
