The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Bowie misses.
Grimnar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Bowie misses with a lunging right hand
and Grimnar counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bowie won't be happy with that.
Grimnar tries for a kimura but Bowie is defending well.
Bowie tries to buck Grimnar off but Grimnar is having none of it.
Grimnar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bowie keeps working.
Grimnar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bowie is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Bowie sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

Grimnar is pressing down on Bowie's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bowie is holding on for now.

Bowie goes for an armbar but Grimnar turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Grimnar.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bowie is on top in guard.

Bowie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bowie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Bowie wants to control but Grimnar is keeping him busy.

Grimnar parries the strikes from Bowie easily there. Bowie is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Grimnar to escape.
Grimnar is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Bowie is controlling him well.
Bowie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Bowie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Bowie takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

I would just about give that final round to Buck Shot Bowie.
