Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Uadab Raiuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Eel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eric Eel is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raiuga keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Eel has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Eel tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Raiuga counters with a one-two to the body.
Eel shoots for a double leg takedown but Raiuga sprawls well. He's pushed Eel's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Raiuga looks to land a combination but Eel avoids it well.
Eel shoots in and drives through. Raiuga sprawls well.
Uadab Raiuga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Eel.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Eel, right into the meat.
Raiuga will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Eel shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Eel tries to close the distance and clinch up but Raiuga swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Raiuga rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eel moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Raiuga swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Eel counters with a three punch combo that has Raiuga backing up. Raiuga nods at Eel to acknowledge the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Eel shoots for a takedown but Raiuga saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Raiuga avoids the body shot from Eel.
Eel lands a nice hook to Raiuga's body. Raiuga takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Eel tries to clinch but Raiuga is having none of it.
Uadab Raiuga is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Eel misses with a takedown
and Raiuga counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Raiuga scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Eel is rocked!
Eel looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Raiuga swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Eel counters with a thumping low kick.
Raiuga connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Eel tumbling to the canvas! Raiuga pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Eel was done - good stoppage!
