Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antti Kristian Saatanainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Antti Kristian Saatanainen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Jackson! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Saatanainen fails to land the takedown. Jackson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. We've been hearing reports that Saatanainen has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Jackson cracks Saatanainen with a right hand to the side of the head.

Jackson felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Saatanainen thows a body shot but no joy. Saatanainen lands with an uppercut that bounces Jackson off the cage and back into range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Saatanainen closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Saatanainen pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antti Kristian Saatanainen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Saatanainen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Jackson connects with a single shot there. Saatanainen shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Jackson napping and manages to drive through into side control! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jackson tries to bench press Saatanainen off him but Saatanainen keeps the position. Jackson takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Mark Jackson has been cut. Jackson manages to get back to half guard. Saatanainen wants to pass the guard but Jackson is defending well. Jackson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Saatanainen works his foot free and advances to mount.
