Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rory Abbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr T Nightmare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rory Abbott had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rory Abbott! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mr T Nightmare! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbott throws a right hand that Nightmare ducks under and follows up with a left that Nightmare also avoids with ease. Nightmare tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Abbott paws at him with a jab and circles away. Nightmare closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Abbott might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Abbott is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Nightmare asserts his dominance and retains side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nightmare fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Abbott on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Abbott tries to get out of the position. Nightmare wants to control but Abbott is keeping him busy. Abbott gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Abbott holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Nightmare is looking to stall here but Abbott recovers full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbott wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Abbott bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nightmare's guard. Nightmare looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Abbott has picked Nightmare up and slammed him! Nightmare can't keep hold of the triangle and Abbott manages to pass to side control! We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Nightmare has eaten all the pies! Abbott trying to control the action but Nightmare is working from the bottom. Abbott has control of an arm but Nightmare manages to advance to Abbott's back! Abbott trying to control the action but Nightmare just sinks the hooks in.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nightmare is trying to control but Abbott is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
Abbott throwing punches despite being mounted. Abbott has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Nightmare's lack of action.
Nightmare thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Abbott's head. Nightmare working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Abbott moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Abbott working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nightmare doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nightmare manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Abbott pushes a forearm under Nightmare's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Nightmare is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Rory Abbott!
