The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald darts in looking for a takedown but Eastwood gets double underhooks and turns McDonald into the cage.
McDonald is trying to break free.
McDonald wants a takedown but no success here.
Eastwood gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Eastwood is looking for a kimura but McDonald is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Eastwood to get the leverage.

McDonald throws a series of punches but Eastwood avoids them all with ease.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Eastwood drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
