Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Little Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Ouellette (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man darts in looking for a takedown but Ouellette gets double underhooks and turns Man into the cage.
Ouellette swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Man blocks a body shot from Ouellette.
Ouellette looking to stall.
Man has Ouellette pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Man pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Ouellette tumbling to the mat - Man dives into Ouellette's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Man shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ouellette pinned against the cage. Ouellette gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round but I would say that Little Man will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Horrible takedown by Man or perhaps it was just good defense by Ouellette which made him look bad.
Man looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Man is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Man sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ouellette's guard.
Man is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Man is looking to take a break and control but Ouellette is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Little Man overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Ouellette has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Man is working away from the top position though.

We've been hearing good reports from Man's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Man, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
