Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlo Boozer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Condit comes to the cage accompanied by the natural born killers . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Carlo Boozer!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boozer is looking to slow Condit down with leg kicks.
Boozer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Boozer avoids the head kick by Condit.
Boozer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boozer dives in and grabs Condit's left leg, looking for a takedown. Condit pushes down on Boozer's head and hops out.

Boozer decides to stand back up. Boozer steps back and let's Condit get back to his feet.

Boozer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Condit was well out of range. Poor timing from Boozer.

Boozer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Boozer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Condit sprawls well initially but Boozer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Carlos Condit is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boozer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Condit pinned against the cage. Condit gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Condit is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Boozer asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Boozer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Condit knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Boozer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Boozer drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Boozer seems to have locked his on tight now - Condit screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Boozer, as he picks up the win!

In his post fight interview, Carlo Boozer started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
