Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borat Sagdiyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sagdiyev has chosen Mamaliga as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jacobs throws a poor cross that misses
and Sagdiyev counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sagdiyev takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jacobs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sagdiyev.
Jacobs lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Jacobs waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sagdiyev.
Nice uppercut there from Jacobs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sagdiyev misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jacobs cracks Sagdiyev with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jacobs has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Sagdiyev to stand back up!
Sagdiyev is rocked!
Good leg kick by Jacobs there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sagdiyev is still on wobbly legs! Can Jacobs finish him?
Donk. Sagdiyev catches Jacobs right on the button with a cross.
Jacobs moves out of range as Sagdiyev strikes.
Jacobs drops Sagdiyev with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Sagdiyev! Jacobs dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyson Jacobs!
