Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wandell Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mieszko Talarczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Talarczyk misses with a straight left. Talarczyk throws a body kick that misses. Griffin blocks a head kick by Talarczyk.
Talarczyk throws a looping overhand right but Griffin ducks down to avoid it. Talarczyk throws a push kick but Griffin slaps the foot to one side. Talarczyk throws a jab but it's blocked by Griffin. Talarczyk takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Wandell Griffin has been cut. Griffin throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Griffin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Griffin stands up and waves to Talarczyk to follow him. Talarczyk lands a nice looking kick to the body. Griffin takes a step back to recover. Griffin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Griffin looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Talarczyk! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Griffin looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Griffin throws some wild stikes that Talarczyk manages to avoid easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Griffin's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Talarczyk is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Wandell Griffin just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Griffin throws a series of punches but Talarczyk avoids them all with ease. Talarczyk missing with a left hand there. Griffin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Griffin moves forwards but Talarczyk connects with a nice, crisp jab. Griffin drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Talarczyk preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Griffin won't allow Talarczyk to get back to his feet. Griffin stays in close to Talarczyk's body and controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Griffin ducks right into an uppercut from Talarczyk. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Talarczyk lands a glancing blow to the side of Griffin's head. Griffin walks into a left hand. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Griffin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Griffin with the ground and pound from mount. Griffin controlling the position easily from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Griffin lands a big elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Griffin can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Talarczyk is looking to escape. Talarczyk squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Griffin won't let Talarczyk get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Griffin cracks Talarczyk with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close second round but I would say that Wandell Griffin will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Wandell Griffin's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Griffin moves out of range of the strikes. Horrible takedown by Griffin or perhaps it was just good defense by Talarczyk which made him look bad. Griffin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Griffin staying calm. Talarczyk wants to get back to his feet. Griffin is staying tight to Talarczyk's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's one minute gone in the round. Griffin is looking to take a break and control but Talarczyk is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Talarczyk takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Griffin is looking to take a break and control but Talarczyk is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Griffin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Talarczyk is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Griffin prevents Talarczyk from escaping the position. Mieszko Talarczyk has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Griffin, right into the meat.
Mieszko Talarczyk is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Griffin tries for a takedown but Talarczyk sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Griffin avoids the head kick by Talarczyk.
Griffin misses with a takedown attempt - Talarczyk sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wandell Griffin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Talarczyk bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Wandell Griffin showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Griffin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
