Hex kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Johnny Cash - Rusty Cage .. Some wild striking there from Niemen.
Niemen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Niemen lands a nice looking body kick.
Hex looks to clinch
letting Niemen counter with a right hand.
Niemen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Niemen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

letting Niemen counter with a right hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Hex counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Niemen circles away from the clinch attempt
and Niemen counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Hex! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Niemen!
