Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dakker Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jejomar Roxas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dakker Kane could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jejomar Roxas's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dakker Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jejomar Roxas! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roxas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Kane - that will leave a mark!
Sloppy strikes from Roxas. Those never looked like landing. Kane throws a half hearted mid kick. Dakker Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Roxas wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Roxas tries to land a front kick but Kane steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Kane fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Roxas checks it well. A looping hook to the body misses from Kane. Roxas does a little dance to reset his feet. Roxas throws the left hand but Kane avoids the punch easily. Kane slips a jab and a cross from Roxas.

Kane is looking to slow Roxas down with leg kicks. Roxas looks to land a body kick but Kane moved away. Kane with a body punch. A glancing blow. Kane takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kane throws a right hand that Roxas ducks under and follows up with a left that Roxas also avoids with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roxas tries a head kick but it misses.
Roxas dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kane throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Roxas tries to work over Kane's front leg with a kick but Kane checks it. Kane looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Kane throws a sloppy head kick and Roxas counters with a flying knee. Nice. Kane scores with a body shot.
Kane ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Roxas moves away. Kane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roxas.
Kane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roxas manages to avoid it. Roxas takes a kick to the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kane throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Roxas goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Kane has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Brown House in the buildup to the fight. Kane shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Roxas is trying to defend but Kane finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kane is working for a kimura but Roxas is defending it quite comfortably.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kane in particular looking to stall. Kane is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Roxas has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Kane is looking to take a break and control but Roxas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kane is looking for a kimura here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dakker Kane dominated that round. That's time! Kane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Kane. Roxas throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kane is looking to wear down Roxas with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Kane takes the fight into the clinch. Roxas blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Roxas is working for takedown but Kane is calmly controlling the position for now. Roxas blocks an elbow strike. Kane trying to land knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roxas fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Roxas has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kane avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Dakker Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jejomar Roxas. Kane trying to land knees to the body.
Roxas tries to pull guard but Kane won't allow it.
Kane lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Jejomar Roxas has been cut. Kane pushes off an throws an elbow but Roxas leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Roxas jumps guard but Kane turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Roxas is looking to take this one to the mat. Roxas ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Roxas no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Kane wants to pass the guard but Roxas is keeping the position. Kane has gone for a leg lock! Roxas slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kane's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Roxas preventing the sweep. Kane lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Roxas! Kane wants to control the pace but Roxas is squirming around nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kane goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Roxas is on top in guard.
Kane is looking for a triangle but Roxas pushes his legs off easily.
Roxas must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Roxas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Roxas has managed to get both his arms back between Kane's legs - danger averted. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dakker Kane dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Jejomar Roxas's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Roxas throws a sloppy head kick and Kane moves out of range easily. Kane lands with a nice body punch. A head kick misses from Kane. Roxas misses with a low kick.
Roxas misses the jab. A good leg kick by Kane. Roxas blocks a head kick by Kane.
An inside leg kick from Kane misses. Kane goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Roxas jabs at Kane's body. Kane with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Kane's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roxas under the eye. Roxas moves out of range as Kane strikes. Kane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Roxas takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Roxas lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Roxas avoids a kick to the body.

Kane takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Roxas throws a leg kick that is checked and Kane counters with a takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kane wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roxas keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roxas trying to remain calm as Kane controls from the top position. Kane working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Kane is looking to take a break and control but Roxas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kane has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Kane is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Roxas is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kane laying and praying for a moment but Roxas takes advantage and regains half guard. Dakker Kane overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kane is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Roxas is just riding it out for now. Kane eventually gives up the hold.
And that's the end of the fight! Dakker Kane showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kane has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
