Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Ibanez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Prickett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ibanez comes to the cage accompanied by master p yappin. Frank Ibanez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ibanez is looking to clinch but Prickett is avoiding it.
Ibanez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Prickett swats him away and circles back towards the center. Ibanez clinches. Ibanez goes for a takedown attempt but Prickett pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ibanez has a takedown stuffed. Ibanez clinches up against the cage. Ibanez is trying to stall.
Prickett comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Frank Ibanez has been cut. Prickett wants to break free but Ibanez has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Prickett breaks from the clinch.
Prickett has managed to clinch.
Ibanez tries to pull guard but Prickett holds him up against the cage and eventually Ibanez drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Ibanez. That's going to take a lot out of him. A short uppercut from Prickett. Prickett lands a left hand.
Ibanez lands a takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prickett tries to land a sweep but no joy. Prickett manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ibanez manages to get himself to full guard.
Ibanez avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Prickett looking to pass the guard. Prickett wants to control from the top but Ibanez keeps moving. Prickett wants to pass the guard but Ibanez is keeping the position. Prickett trying to control but Ibanez is working from the bottom. Ibanez tries to strike from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Prickett in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ibanez is looking to sweep but instead, Prickett has passed into half guard.
Prickett stalling.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Prickett tries to close the distance and clinch but Ibanez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ibanez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Ibanez scores with a takedown into Prickett's guard. Ibanez tries to free his leg and advance position but Prickett is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prickett has his feet on Ibanez's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Prickett rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ibanez moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Ibanez fails to land the takedown. Prickett takes a swing at Ibanez's ribcage but misses. Ibanez fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ibanez is breathing heavily. Prickett with a nice cross. No joy there for Prickett, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ibanez dodges the punch combination from Prickett.
Prickett clinches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Prickett wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Prickett wants the takedown. Ibanez is fighting it off but Prickett persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Ibanez's guard against the cage. Ibanez looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ibanez wants to stand up but Prickett is controlling him. Ibanez keeping moving, preventing Prickett from controlling successfully. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Prickett looking to pass the guard. Prickett loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Brian Prickett will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Frank Ibanez's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Ibanez darts in trying to clinch and Prickett counters with a body kick that stops Ibanez in his tracks momentarily. Frank Ibanez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ibanez tries to clinch up but Prickett circles away and keeps his distance. Ibanez tries to clinch but fails miserably and Prickett counters with a stiff right hand. Prickett misses with a body shot.
Ibanez moves into the clinch. Prickett throws a knee to the head but misses.
Prickett breaks from the clinch.
Ibanez with a lazy takedown attempt and Prickett counters with a nice leg kick. Ibanez bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Prickett gets back to half guard. Prickett is trying to stand back up but Ibanez is controlling him
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prickett is looking for a sweep. Ibanez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Prickett wants to control but Ibanez is keeping busy and won't allow it. Ibanez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Prickett keeps working. Prickett has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ibanez is working away from the top position though. Ibanez stands up and beckons Prickett to join him on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ibanez wants to clinch. Prickett throws a right hand that Ibanez ducks under and follows up with a left that Ibanez also avoids with ease. Ibanez is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Ibanez connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Prickett fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ibanez slips a jab and a cross from Prickett.
Prickett circles away from the clinch attempt and Prickett decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ibanez's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ibanez manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Prickett is in a horrible position here. Ibanez smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Prickett tries to control Ibanez's head but Ibanez pushes him back down and moves quickly to lock up an arm here - he's swung around for an armbar! Will he get it??? Yes! Prickett is tapping out! Lovely Jiu Jitsu there!
