Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Carrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Pee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carrey comes into the arena with When the man comes around - Johnny Cash blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Carrey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Pee! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carrey tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Carrey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Pee's guard. Carrey working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carrey drops back looking for a leg! Pee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pee manages to kick Carrey off! Carrey jumps back into Pee's guard. Pee is looking to stand up but Carrey isn't so interested in that idea. Carrey thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Carrey wants to control from the top but Pee keeps moving. Carrey tries to free his leg and advance position but Pee is retaining full guard. Carrey drops back looking for a leg! Pee is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pee manages to kick Carrey off! Carrey jumps back into Pee's guard. Carrey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pee is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Carrey shoots for a takedown but Pee saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Carrey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pee swats him away and circles back towards the center. Pee looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Carrey is breathing heavily. Pee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Carrey is keeping the position for now. Carrey keeping moving, preventing Pee from controlling successfully. Carrey is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Pee stops Carrey from standing up. Pee stands and throws Carrey's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carrey wants to control but Pee postures up. Carrey takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Carrey takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Pee decides to stand back up. Pee steps back and let's Carrey get back to his feet. Pee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pee throws an elbow but Carrey slips to the side and avoids it well. Carrey is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Pee's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Pee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carrey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Carrey moves into full guard.
Pee postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carrey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Pee gets to his feet - Carrey follows without any prompting. Pee is looking to clinch. Carrey shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Pee counters with a nice double leg into guard. Carrey is looking for a triangle here but Pee uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carrey tries to bench press Pee off him but Pee keeps the position. Carrey gets back to half guard. Pee seems to be working for a kimura but Carrey defends the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carrey is doing well to control the position and prevent Pee from advancing to side control. Pee is thwarting Carrey's attempts to control the position. Carrey gets back to full guard.
Carrey wants to stand up but Pee is controlling him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carrey is looking for a triangle but Pee pushes his legs off easily.
Pee wants to control from the top but Carrey keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anthony Pee dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Carrey shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Pee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carrey, pushing him back against the cage. Carrey is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Pee can't fight it off and eventually Carrey manages to take the fight to the floor. Pee looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pee looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Carrey slips nicely into half guard. Carrey is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pee defends it well. Pee is pressing down on Carrey's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Carrey has gone for a leg lock! Pee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Carrey's guard. Pee wants to control from the top but Carrey keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carrey being controlled here, momentarily. Carrey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Carrey is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Pee wants to control from the top but Carrey keeps moving. Carrey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pee's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carrey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pee swivels though and keeps the full guard. Pee wants to get back to his feet but Carrey is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pee looking for a sweep. Not yet Pee, not yet. Carrey is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Carrey drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pee manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Carrey has Pee in his guard. Carrey looking for a guillotine here but Pee defends easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carrey has his foot on Pee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pee works his way back into a safe position though. Pee wants to control from the top but Carrey keeps moving. Carrey looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Pee trying to control the position from guard on top but Carrey is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Carrey not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carrey is looking to sinch up a triangle. Pee throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Carrey's body to avoid the submission. Carrey has instead reached around Pee's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Carrey arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
