Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Chigurh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Marko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chigurh's entrance music is Kvelertak-Mjod. A fine choice. Marko comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Get Back - Ludacris kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

36 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cain Marko! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chigurh tries to clinch there but Marko circles away.
Marko throws out a loose jab but Chigurh uses good head movement to avoid it. Chigurh lands a nice leg kick that just misses Marko's sensitive parts. Marko moves out of range of the leg kick from Chigurh. Marko looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Marko motions for Chigurh to come forward. Marko throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Chigurh throws a lazy head kick and Marko counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Marko has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Marko misses with a leg kick. Marko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chigurh moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Marko ducks under a wild hook from Chigurh. Marko misses with the combination.
Chigurh on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Marko is looking to land body kicks.

It looks like Cain Marko has been cut. Chigurh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Marko swats him away and circles back towards the center. A chopping leg kick lands by Chigurh. Chigurh checks a low kick from Marko. Chigurh misses with a body kick. Good standup being displayed there by Chigurh as he connects with a hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Marko connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Chigurh throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Chigurh throws a sloppy head kick and Marko moves out of range easily. Chigurh doesn't manage to clinch there - Marko circles away.
Marko throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Chigurh sees it coming and avoids it easily. Chigurh bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Marko's head backwards. Marko is looking to chop away at Chigurh's legs. Chigurh turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Chigurh throws a body kick that misses and Marko counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Marko clobbers Chigurh with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Marko falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chigurh counters with a nice uppercut. Chigurh slips under a jab. Marko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Chigurh uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Marko.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marko looks to land a body kick but Chigurh moved away. Chigurh takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Chigurh wants to clinch up but Marko keeps it at a distance. Marko throws a right hand that misses
and Chigurh makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. The fighters circle momentarily. Chigurh darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Marko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chigurh.

That has opened up Cain Marko's cut even more. Marko throws a hook to the side of Chigurh's head but Chigurh sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Chigurh moves away from the strike by Marko. Marko scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Marko misses with a leg kick and Chigurh counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Marko misses with a hook from the clinch. Marko struggles to land a body shot inside as Chigurh controls his hands.
Chigurh is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Chigurh using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Marko has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Marko has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Marko tries to circle away but Chigurh has him pinned against the cage. Chigurh is trying to maintain a safe position but Marko gets an underhook and turns Chigurh into the cage. Chigurh is struggling to control the position. Marko working aggressively here.
Chigurh lands a right hand that snaps the head of Marko backwards. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Marko. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Chigurh manages to break the clinch.

Marko wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Anton Chigurh will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Cain Marko's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Chigurh moves out of range as Marko strikes. Chigurh defending well as Marko loads up on a big left hand. Marko swings for the body but Chigurh moves out of range.

Marko throws the kick towards the body but Chigurh avoids it. Chigurh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Marko paws at him with a jab and circles away. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Marko lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Chigurh has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Chigurh and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Marko throws a hook but Chigurh blocks it. Chigurh misses with a wild body shot. Marko looks to land a combination but Chigurh avoids it well. Marko throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Chigurh is rocked! That kick from Marko tenderised Chigurh's leg. Chigurh is trying to keep his angry face on. Oh Chigurh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Marko swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Chigurh looks to score with a jab to the body but Marko is just out of range. Nice defenses there by Chigurh. Marko looks to throw the jab but Chigurh is out of range. Chigurh moves out of range as Marko strikes. Chigurh seems to have got his legs back now. Marko throws a monster overhand right that drops Chigurh! Marko follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cain Marko! Cain Marko is the new heavyweight champion! During a confident post fight interview, Cain Marko thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
