The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moxley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gray shoots in for a takedown but Moxley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gray goes for a double leg but Moxley avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Moxley continues to drive forward.
Gray wants a takedown.

and Gray counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gray.
Gray jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Moxley walks away with a smile on his face. Gray gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Gray bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Moxley tries to clinch but Gray moves out of range.
Moxley cracks Gray with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Michel Gray has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gray stalks Moxley and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Moxley's face. Moxley staggers backwards, shaken.
Gray shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Moxley as he jumps to the side.
Gray slips under a jab.
Moxley looks to score with a jab to the body but Gray is just out of range.

Moxley connects with a looping right hand.
Moxley dances in with a quick combination. Gray is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Moxley snaps Gray's head back. Gray stumbles backwards against the cage. Moxley steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Gray's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Gray just didn't come prepared.
