Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anton Zeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen It's A Fight as his entrance music. Andy Johnson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeman throws a sloppy head kick
and Johnson counters with a good, hard body kick but Zeman shrugs it off.

Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Zeman's waist but Zeman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.

That kick from Zeman tenderised Johnson's leg. Johnson is trying to keep his angry face on.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches up with Zeman, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes Zeman against the cage but Zeman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Johnson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Zeman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Johnson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zeman with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Johnson slips a nice elbow through Zeman's hands, connecting with Zeman's forehead.
Johnson is pressing down on Zeman's thigh, looking to free his foot. Zeman is holding on for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Anton Zeman.
I think Johnson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
