Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randy Huber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dustin Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dustin Long enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Huber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dustin Long! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Long tries to clinch and Huber counters with a nice double leg into side control. Long won't be happy with that. Huber working the ground and pound. Long is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Huber is controlling him well. Huber staying calm. Long wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Huber advances to full mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huber lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The referee warns Long that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Huber cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Long is rocked! Huber takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Long is still in real trouble! Can Huber finish him? Long is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Long looks winded! Long seems to have recovered his senses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Huber controlling the position easily from mount. Huber has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Huber lands a big shot there that rocks Long but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Huber moves to the back position. Huber has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Long has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Huber really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Long. Huber seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Long for as long as he can get away with. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Long looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Huber dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Huber closes the distance and pushes Long back into the cage. Long tries to break free but Huber pushes him back against the cage. Huber ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Huber no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Huber knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Long on the ground. Long got a little sloppy there for a moment and Huber has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Long has managed to get both his arms back between Huber's legs - danger averted. Long trying to control the position from guard on top but Huber is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Huber looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Long won't allow Huber to sweep him here. Huber on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Huber tries to get out of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Huber seems keen to control Long's posture. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Randy Huber just wasn't active enough. Huber throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Long. Long wants to clinch but Huber slips to the side and Huber counters by moving into the clinch. Huber manages to break the clinch.
Huber throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Long tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Huber is in Long's guard. Long wants to stand up but Huber is controlling him. Long being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Huber prevents Long from getting back to his feet. Long is breathing heavily. Huber is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
We're going to have a standup here because Randy Huber wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Long has his takedown stuffed and Huber counters with a nice double leg into side control. Long won't be happy with that. Randy Huber overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. This has been an exciting period of action! Huber wants to stand but Long is controlling his arm. Huber in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Huber working the head and body with strikes. Huber decides to stand up, so the ref orders Long to his feet. Long fails with the takedown and Huber counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Huber breaks the clinch.

Huber passes Long's right leg, so he's now in half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Huber is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Huber throws a right hand that Long ducks under and follows up with a left that Long also avoids with ease. Long tries to clinch but Huber moves away and Huber counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Long pushes Huber off looking to stand but Huber dives back in and keeps control.
Huber takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Huber takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Long takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Long on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Still in half guard, Huber seems content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Huber lands a nice short elbow. Huber wants to pass to mount but Long is defending the position. Huber perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Randy Huber just wasn't active enough. A momentary lapse in concentration from Long enables Huber to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Long manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Huber working some strikes from top position. Long is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Huber is controlling him. Huber tries to stand but Long is controlling from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Huber is pushing down on Long's leg trying to pass to half guard. Long is fighting to maintain full guard but Huber has managed to sneak the leg through. Huber sitting and controlling from the half guard. Huber wants to pass to mount but Long is defending the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Huber is working for a kimura but Long is defending it quite comfortably.
Huber is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Long defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Huber working over Long with some ground and pound. Long looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Huber is taking a breather. Long says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Huber trying to control from Long's half guard. Long has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Long wants to stand up but Huber is controlling him.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Dustin Long has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Randy Huber is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Randy Huber. Huber shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Long manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Randy Huber showed his dominance in that final round. Well Huber has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
