And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Rabbit!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson pushes Rabbit away with a front kick.
Rabbit misses with a telegraphed body shot

and Tyson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Rabbit really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tyson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Tyson gets to his feet - Rabbit follows without any prompting.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Rabbit is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tyson pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Rabbit goes for a double leg but Tyson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tyson continues to drive forward.
Tyson wants to take the fight to the mat but Rabbit manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Tyson rushes Rabbit and presses him up against the cage.
Tyson with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Tyson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rabbit gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Tyson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Rabbit's elbow.

Tyson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tyson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Tyson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tyson in particular looking to stall.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Tyson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Rabbit shoots in for a takedown but Tyson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Rabbit doesn't manage to clinch there - Tyson circles away.
No luck for Rabbit with that takedown attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jimmie Tyson will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!


Tyson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rabbit tries to avoid it but Tyson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rabbit to the ground. Rabbit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rabbit goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Tyson is on top in guard.

Tyson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Rabbit for as long as he can get away with.
Rabbit is looking for a sweep. Tyson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Tyson is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Jimmie Tyson.
Rabbit stuffs the takedown attempt from Tyson. Tyson gets slowly back to his feet.

Tyson jumps guard but Rabbit stands there with Tyson around his waist. Tyson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Tyson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tyson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Tyson moves out of range of the body kick.
Tyson misses with a takedown attempt - Rabbit sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rabbit shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Andre Rabbit.
Well Tyson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
