Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Don Kulot!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris misses with a double jab.

Kulot scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Kulot tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Kulot working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Harris wants to control but Kulot postures up.

Kulot tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kulot has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Kulot is trying to get an arm triangle but Harris is defending well.
Harris knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kulot on the ground.

Kulot tries for a kimura but Harris is defending well.

Kulot is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Harris has escaped the position, nice work there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harris is trying to control Kulot's posture but Kulot avoids it.
Harris manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Kulot is defending against the submission attempts here by Harris.

Harris is working for a submission of some sort.
Kulot regains full guard. Nicely done.
Kulot is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kulot working for a triangle but Harris defends it easily.
Harris pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kulot is keeping the position for now.

Kulot wants to sweep but no luck.

Kulot is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Harris defends well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harris tries to free his leg and advance position but Kulot is retaining full guard.

Kulot pushes a forearm under Harris's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Harris is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
