Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jose Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Barbaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jose Torres!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Barbaro!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbaro throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Jose Torres has been cut.
Torres looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Barbaro decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Barbaro wants to pass the guard but Torres is defending well.
Barbaro controlling the action here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Barbaro stands up from half guard.
Barbaro looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Barbaro cracks Torres with a solid left hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Barbaro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Torres swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Barbaro content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Joe Barbaro.
Barbaro closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Torres to the mat! Torres manages to get full guard.
Barbaro is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Barbaro's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Barbaro works over Torres with some ground and pound from guard.
Barbaro slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Joe Barbaro.
Barbaro moves into the clinch.
Barbaro successfully pulls guard.
Barbaro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Torres's guard.
Torres is working an open guard so Barbaro takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Barbaro is defended easily by Torres.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Barbaro cracks Torres with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Barbaro has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Torres to stand back up!
Torres is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Barbaro lands a front kick.
Oh Torres is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Torres looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Look low, kick high! Barbaro uses the oldest trick in the book to send Torres tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Barbaro is absolutely delighted - when Torres wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Joe Barbaro!
