Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by McNash there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McNash tries a head kick but it misses.
Murdoch McNash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McNash fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Plights has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
McNash scores with a nice body kick.
Plights is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McNash scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
McNash cracks the inside of Plights's front leg.
McNash lands a big head kick that sends Plights tumbling to the mat! McNash takes a step backwards and waves Plights back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Plights is rocked!
It looks like Thumbo Plights has been cut.
McNash and Plights are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. McNash throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Plights into next week! Ooooh that was huge! McNash knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Murdoch McNash!
