Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chase Blevins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Leonard Grumppbell!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blevins misses with a takedown attempt
and Grumppbell counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Blevins is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Blevins shoots and misses
and Grumppbell counters with an inside leg kick.

Grumppbell throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Blevins tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Grumppbell is in Blevins's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Grumppbell chips away with some ground and pound.

Grumppbell drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Blevins dives on top into guard.

Grumppbell is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Blevins defends well.
Grumppbell controls Blevins momentarily but Blevins frees himself.
Blevins knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grumppbell on the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blevins stays in close to Grumppbell's body and controls the position.
Blevins has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Blevins wants to control from the top but Grumppbell keeps moving.
Blevins throws a big right hand that misses.

Grumppbell manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Grumppbell has hold of Blevins's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Blevins manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Blevins gets back to half guard.

Grumppbell lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Ground and pound from Grumppbell.
Grumppbell has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Grumppbell seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Grumppbell is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Grumppbell is looking to stall here but Blevins recovers full guard.
Grumppbell working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Blevins's head.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Grumppbell lands a couple of elbows.
Grumppbell stands and throws Blevins's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Blevins is looking to reverse the position.
Grumppbell lands an elbow.
Grumppbell cracks Blevins with a big elbow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Grumppbell scoring with punches and elbows.
Grumppbell lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.


Blevins is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Blevins is breathing heavily.
Grumppbell cracks Blevins with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Oh Blevins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Grumppbell landing strikes.
Grumppbell lands an elbow.
Grumppbell scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Blevins is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Grumppbell can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leonard Grumppbell!
