Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Terricloth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calvin Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jack Terricloth has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack Terricloth seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Terricloth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Calvin Johnson!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Lou da Vinci and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Johnson there.
Horrible takedown by Terricloth or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.
Terricloth moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off.
A leg kick checked by Terricloth.
Terricloth darts in trying to clinch
and Terricloth takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Terricloth takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Johnson slips a jab from Terricloth.
Terricloth shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Johnson counters by clinching up.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Terricloth wants to take the fight to the mat but Johnson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Terricloth. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Johnson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Johnson is pawing at Terricloth, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Terricloth's nose. Terricloth is badly hurt! Johnson pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Terricloth tries desperately to hold on but Johnson is relentless in his assault! As Terricloth receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Johnson away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Calvin Johnson!
