Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jackie Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sin Tao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tao has chosen Justice - Genesis as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sin Tao!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tao circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tao on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Tao should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Tao shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Chan missing with punches from the bottom.
Tao prevents Chan from standing back up.
Tao keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Chan is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tao wants to free his trapped foot but Chan is holding on for dear life with his legs.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Tao has eaten all the pies!

Chan is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Tao jumps into side control!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Tao shoots in but Chan avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Tao counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Chan!

Tao is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Chan can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Tao is trying to stick to Chan's back but Chan is turning into Tao. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Tao's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Chan.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Tao takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Chan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tao is looking to escape.

Sin Tao dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Tao is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Chan is just riding it out for now. Tao eventually gives up the hold.

Chan wants to get back to his feet but Tao is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tao wants to control from the top but Chan keeps moving.
Sin Tao has got the better of the ground game so far.

Tao postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Chan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tao, into his guard.

Chan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Tao escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Chan pushing down on Tao's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Tao wants to get back to full guard.
Chan wants to take a breather but Tao is having none of it.
Chan content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Chan is trying to control the action in half guard but Tao is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jackie Chan will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Tao is squirming around, avoiding Chan's attempts to control the action.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Jackie Chan just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Chan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tao swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tao will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Chan throws a combination that misses

and Tao counters with a shoot takedown. Chan fights it but they end up in guard.

Chan controls Tao momentarily but Tao frees himself.
Tao working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Chan's head.

Tao throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Chan escapes and throws Tao's legs to the side, diving into side control!
