Pudzianowski comes to the cage accompanied by Foxy Shazam - Killin' it . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mariusz Pudzianowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lesnar Frost!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pudzianowski throws a sloppy head kick and Frost moves out of range easily.
Pudzianowski shoots in but Frost avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Pudzianowski shoots in for a double leg but Frost sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Pudzianowski drops Frost with a nice combination! Pudzianowski dives into Frost's guard, looking to finish!


It looks like Lesnar Frost has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Pudzianowski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Frost is keeping the position for now.

Pudzianowski feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We're going to have a standup here because Mariusz Pudzianowski wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Frost tries to pull guard but Pudzianowski holds him up against the cage and eventually Frost drops back down to his feet.
Pudzianowski manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Pudzianowski drops down looking for an ankle pick but Frost pulls his leg out and moves away.

Frost has a takedown stuffed.
Mariusz Pudzianowski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lesnar Frost.

Pudzianowski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mariusz Pudzianowski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Pudzianowski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Pudzianowski throws an overhand right that lands on Frost's shoulder, as Frost tries to avoid the shot.
Frost fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

and Frost counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Pudzianowski fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Frost to the ground. Pudzianowski is now in Frost's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Frost bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pudzianowski's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pudzianowski is on top in guard.

Frost is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pudzianowski is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Frost sees it coming and defends easily.

Mariusz Pudzianowski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Pudzianowski is looking to take a break and control but Frost is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Pudzianowski prevents Frost from improving his position.
Pudzianowski is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Pudzianowski wants to free his trapped foot but Frost is holding on for dear life with his legs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mariusz Pudzianowski will probably get the nod.

Pudzianowski shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Frost eats them both and turns towards Pudzianowski to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Frost throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.


It looks like Mariusz Pudzianowski has been cut.
Frost shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pudzianowski as he jumps to the side.
Pudzianowski throws a series of punches but Frost avoids them all with ease.

A big head kick from Pudzianowski and Frost is sent sprawling to the canvas!


Frost is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pudzianowski gets to his feet and stands over Frost, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Frost felt that one! Pudzianowski unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Frost from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mariusz Pudzianowski!
An out of breath Mariusz Pudzianowski thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
