Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Heath Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Gurel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Heath Logan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Heath Logan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan shoots for a double leg takedown but Gurel sprawls well. He's pushed Logan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Logan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gurel, pushing him back against the cage.
Gurel is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Logan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Gurel after a bit of a struggle.

Gurel has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Logan! Can he survive? No! He's out! Gurel gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
