Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gareth Wilcox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Polish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Polish is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ice Cube Today was a Good Day. The key to victory for Gareth Wilcox has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polish looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wilcox is fending him off so far but Polish persists. Nope, Wilcox circles away and we're back to standing.
Wilcox lands a body shot.

Wilcox lands a hook that snaps the head of Polish backwards.
Wilcox misses with a body punch.
Polish drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
