Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dillon Pittsenbarger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dillon Pittsenbarger! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ross Stuart! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stuart dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Stuart slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Stuart fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pittsenbarger, pushing him back against the cage. Stuart has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pittsenbarger avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Pittsenbarger goes for a takedown in the clinch but Stuart prevents it.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Pittsenbarger is looking to break free of the clinch but Stuart has double underhooks. Stuart drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stuart is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Pittsenbarger is defending well. Dillon Pittsenbarger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Stuart is trying to drag Pittsenbarger to the mat but Pittsenbarger just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Pittsenbarger wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Pittsenbarger is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Stuart can't fight it off and eventually Pittsenbarger manages to take the fight to the floor. Stuart looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pittsenbarger trying to control but Stuart is working from the bottom. Pittsenbarger postures up.
Stuart is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Pittsenbarger is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pittsenbarger landing with the ground and pound. Pittsenbarger won't allow Stuart to get back to his feet. Pittsenbarger postures up.
Stuart is looking to stand back up but Pittsenbarger counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Stuart. Stuart wants to get back to full guard. Pittsenbarger is trying to control the action in half guard but Stuart is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Stuart is trying to stand.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stuart can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pittsenbarger lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Stuart tries to kick Pittsenbarger off but Pittsenbarger keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Stuart trying to control from the bottom.
Pittsenbarger is figuring out what he wants to do next. Pittsenbarger is looking to take a break and control but Stuart is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Pittsenbarger's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pittsenbarger duly obliges.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stuart shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Pittsenbarger counters with a series of strikes. Stuart will be more careful next time no doubt. Stuart moves in looking to clinch but Pittsenbarger pushes him off. Pittsenbarger on the wrong end of a nice hook. Pittsenbarger shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stuart napping and manages to drive through into side control! Stuart has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stuart is looking to regain half guard here but Pittsenbarger keeps moving and retains side control. Stuart is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Pittsenbarger trying to control the action but Stuart is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stuart is trying to buck Pittsenbarger off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dillon Pittsenbarger will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A lazy left from Stuart finds it's target. Nice sprawl there from Pittsenbarger as Stuart shoots in. Pittsenbarger walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like Dillon Pittsenbarger has been cut. A punch lands to the side of Pittsenbarger 's head but he takes it in his stride. Pittsenbarger scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Nice body kick from Stuart. Stuart takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pittsenbarger looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stuart is fending him off so far but Pittsenbarger persists. Nope, Stuart circles away and we're back to standing. Stuart throws a right and a left that Pittsenbarger avoids nicely. Stuart shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pittsenbarger as he jumps to the side. Pittsenbarger throws a right and a left that both miss. Stuart forces Pittsenbarger back against the cage and clinches. Stuart turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Stuart manages to end up in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stuart lands some shots froms side control. Pittsenbarger on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Pittsenbarger takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Stuart working the ground and pound but Pittsenbarger is defending the strikes. The strikes coming from Stuart are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Stuart lands a few punches from side control. Stuart tries to score with some ground and pound. Pittsenbarger controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Stuart with the ground and pound but Pittsenbarger regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stuart looks to land a strike but Pittsenbarger avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Pittsenbarger preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Pittsenbarger avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Ross Stuart has got the better of the ground game so far. Stuart scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Stuart with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stuart tries to free his leg and advance position but Pittsenbarger is retaining full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stuart accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Stuart working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Stuart throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Pittsenbarger is trying to keep Stuart in close.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Stuart is in close to Pittsenbarger's body, working some short punches and elbows. Pittsenbarger has momentary wrist control but Stuart slips an elbow through the middle. Stuart content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Pittsenbarger is trying to control the position but Stuart postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pittsenbarger utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Stuart postures up and lands a big shot to Pittsenbarger's brow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stuart working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Pittsenbarger's head. Stuart tries to free his leg and advance position but Pittsenbarger is retaining full guard. Pittsenbarger controlling Stuart's posture. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stuart accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pittsenbarger trying to control the position here. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pittsenbarger is on top in guard.
Stuart wants to stand and escape but Pittsenbarger is having none of it. Stuart wants to control the position but Pittsenbarger says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stuart looks like he's trying to stand up.
Pittsenbarger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stuart's head. Pittsenbarger is trying to control the action in half guard but Stuart is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Stuart has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pittsenbarger is working away from the top position though. Stuart is not content to let Pittsenbarger control the position. Pittsenbarger thows a huge punch but Stuart dodges it nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pittsenbarger wants to take a breather but Stuart is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ross Stuart showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dillon Pittsenbarger's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Stuart's jab looks to have found its range, popping Pittsenbarger under the eye. Stuart scores with a kick to the body.
Ross Stuart seems to be getting the better of the standup. Stuart stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Pittsenbarger is rocked! Stuart shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Pittsenbarger is out cold and this one is all over!
